    I have incomplete payments from my form but they are not showing up in my PayPal account.

    I have a form that includes a product through the PayPal gateway. I have 55 pending payments, some of them show in PayPal, show dont. What can I do with the ones that do not show up in PayPal? Why havent they processed? They span over a full month with some showing up, some not.

    Please note that incomplete payments show up when your users did not complete the payment, either by purposely navigating away to the payment page or they have accidentally closed their browsers.     If you are receiving payments in your Paypal account BUT they are showing as incomplete in your JotForm account, then that maybe more related to your Paypal account's IPN not being enabled. You can follow this guide on how to enable your IPN: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal
