    1. Copy the form URL of the form you would like to share on another account,

    2. Log into the target account,

    3. Click on "New Form" button on My Forms page,

    4. Select "Import Form", then "From a web page". Then paste the URL.

I tried to do this as with this form http://www.jotform.com/jsform/3504905589 ..I don't have the login/password for the account because the person who created it isn't working with my organization any longer..but I wanted to copy the form. When I went through your steps, I got a code outta format too..anything I can do?

    Hi infiniteyogalb,

You still can do it but the url you should copy have to be http://www.jotform.com/form/3504905589 instead of ".../jsform/..."

In case of further assistance is required please let me know.
