Hello, my forms are all disabled and i didnt set that!

We do not allow for the collection of usernames or passwords through forms for any reason.  Your most recent form request game usernames.  I removed the form and reactivated your account.  Please refrain from requesting any sort of video game log in details.

Please note that Jotform users are not allowed to create forms that collect login credentials (username and password). Although I understand that you were only asking for username, this can still be identified by the phishing detector as a possible phishing form, which is why you were autosuspended by the phishing detector. 

I see that my colleague has already re-activated your account, so you should now see your forms without any issue.
