Error upon Submitting

Upon completing this form and clicking submit, it flashes up quickly at the bottom in red "There are errors in the form. Please fix them before completing". 

Please can you help as I have a few clients waiting to complete their forms and I can;t find what the problem is.

I did some looking and it appears as though the terms and conditions widget is causing the problem. 

When I remove the widget, the form works properly once again.  I will need to look in to this a bit more to see if the widget itself is causing the problem or if it is the widget in combination with something else.  Removing the widget from your form for the time being should fix it.

It looks like removing the widget and replacing it with a new one should work.  Update your form with a new copy of the terms and conditions widget and it should work without issue.
