Submission emails are not being sent to us

    My jotform submissions have not been forwarding to me since the 22nd of this month. I even tried to forward manually and got nothing. None of the forms are forwarding that they had been.

    I took a look at your account email and I see that it the same is in the bounce list.

    Based on the error sent back to us it seems that you are using GoDaddy as your email provider. They had rejected the email at one point, leading to no further emails being sent to your email address.

    I have resolved this for you so you should now be getting all of the emails.
