Paypal button does not appear.

I checked your form and the submit/paypal button appears to be still there, although the button was replaced by the paypal image that you have added. It appears that HTML code was added in the button image field, which is why there were some errors that appeared in the submit button.

To properly add the paypal image to the submit button, only use the url of the image for the text area (https://www.paypalobjects.com/webstatic/mktg/logo/AM_mc_vs_dc_ae.jpg).
