i thought my responses are going to my email address. i like that the survey results are comiing here. but i don't get notified and the header and sub

    header and subheader keeps dissapearing and then the edit box for them comes up at bottom of form

    IT IS REALLY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO WRITE. I HAVE PARKINSONS DISEASE AND M Y HANDS SOMETIMES SHAKE A LOT.

    IS THERE A PHONE # I MAY REACH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. In order for you to check why you aren't getting notifications, please follow the steps below:

    First make sure that emails for this form is enabled. Log into your JotForm account, choose the form you are not receiving submissions for and click on "Edit" button. On the Form Builder screen for your form, you will see an "Email Alerts" button, click on that. Make sure that you have emails setup and they are being sent to your correct email address.

    Another possible reason for not receiving emails might be your spam filter. Check your spam folder for the submission email. If it is there, make sure to set it as "No Spam" so that this would not be flagged as spam in the future. 

    Let me know if that works.

    Also you can take time slowly and read on the embeddoing form in web http://www.jotform.com/help/2-How-to-Create-Your-First-Web-Form.

    No it is not working. some 'out of office auto reply' come to this address.
    those who actually filled out the survey are ending up in a gmail acct. and i don't see that address anywhere here.
    i did everything you suggested
    i wish you' give me a number. i am a volonteer w ith parkinson's disease and writing becomes very problematic

    For now we only provide support via the forum and email as of the moment phone support is not available however this does not necessarily mean that it is something that will not be implemented in the future.

    As for the email issue the sender email needs to be set if you go to the Email Notification  you will see that the sender name is set to 'Please Select' kindly change it to 'Name' you can choose this from the drop down option.

     

    Let us know if this works.
