I want to know, how many inquiries I can receive a month. This is a form filled in and received by my email???

Do you call this a form view? or a submission?

I am confused, as I image are many many others.

    Hello Leslie,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

100 submissions are the number of submissions one can receive in a month. This counter restarts every month also.

For the 1000 form views. This is the views of the form. Basically once the form loads on a user's browser, it constitutes one form view. So if one refreshes the page 5x, it's going to be 5 form views incurred on your account.

So if one user visits your page with your form in it, it will count as 1 form view, and when the user fills up that form and makes a submission, that will count as 1 submission.

    Thanks for your answer below.
Right now I am construction a few forms and already I have gone to my
pages and refreshed 30 or 40 times just to check if the form works as
wanted. Does this count as a form view then?? If so, it looks like I
will have to only do my work at the end of the month, or there'll be
nothing to use in the coming month.
    Is this right?

I forgot to mention, when the form is viewed via preview, it will not count as a form view. So when previewing your forms, it will be fine and you may continue to reload your forms to work on your changes.  You can learn more about form views from this guide.

If your account reaches the maximum limit for your form views, your account will temporarily be suspended until your account's stats restart on the next month.
