I was able to see the problem on your form https://form.jotform.co/61169339793872 as well when I checked it.
To fix this, you need to refresh the Inventory widget on the form. You can do this by opening its configuration screen and save the widget again.
I test this on one of the widget on your form and it seems to work as intended now.
