I am not receiving jotforms. Help please!

    This is because you're email address is in our bounce list, the reason is the shown below: 

    Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1  - 198.2.128.12 has sent to too many recipients this hour. IB607 

    Do note that there are limits on the amount of emails that an account can send, free accounts are allowed to send 20 emails per hour when paid accounts are allowed to sent 100 emails per hour. 

    This may be the reason why your email was added to our bounce list, if this happens constantly, I would suggest you to upgrade your account so instead of have a limit of 20 emails per hour you will have 100 per hour and will avoid your email address to get into our bounce list.

    Are we off the bounce list now ?
    We don't get 20/hour and this happened last year as well
