We would like to apologize for any inconvenience.

May I just ask, are you trying to create a Fillable PDF copy of your form or just a PDF copy(not fillable) of it so you can print it? May we, also, know the form you're trying to create a Fillable PDF copy of it, please?

However, I have tried creating a Fillable PDF copy of the clone version of your form, Supplier Sign Up Form, and I just got the same issue as you had.

I will forward this to our developers so they can check your form specifically. You will be notified on this thread with updates if there are any.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

For the meantime you can simply print your form via browser by viewing the form and pressing Ctrl+P.

Or add a print button on your form:

    1. Edit your form and select the submit button

    2. On the Submit button properties, click "Print" button from the toolbar to enable Print Button. You will be able to see the button with a word "ON" on it:

    3. Save your form

After this you should be able to print your.

If you have other questions, please do let us know.

    Thanks.

We understand and if that is the case, here's a workaround that you can use.

Note: This workaround works perfectly in Google Chrome.

    1. Open your form through its form link/URL in Google Chrome.

    2. When it loaded completely, right-click on any section of the web page. Or, you can also press the "Context Menu" key from your keyboard.

    3. When the context menu opens, select "Print".

Note: Steps 2 and 3 and be cut by pressing "Ctrl+P" from your keyboard after the form loads completely.

    4. When Google Chrome's Print option appears, click the "Change" button from the side panel and change the "Destination" to "Save as PDF".

    5. Once you have set the "Destination" to "Save as PDF", click the "Save" button on the top of the side panel. This will let you download a non-fillable PDF copy of your form that you can print later on.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the attached image cannot be seen on the forum. To send a screenshot, please visit the forum on this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/829921, then follow this guide: How to add screenshots/images to questions to the support forum?

As for the pdf, I tried the steps that my colleague provided and I was able to download a PDF version of the form without any issue.

For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox for saving the PDF.

If the issue persists, please let us know.
