    Guest account almost reached 10 submissions

    but pricing page says 100.  Can you tell us what the story is and how to correct this?

    Your email address (custom***ervice@x-wear.com) is associated with 2 guest accounts:

    guest_61204154603039 - No form
    guest_40545179888066 - 10 forms

    Guest accounts are only limited to 10 submissions per month. In order to enjoy the 100 submissions per month, you need to sign up for a free account.  

    However, if you are expecting more that 100 submissions, then I would recommend you getting a paid account. Please check the pricing page for further information.

    If the form was not transferred automatically when you register an account, let us know so that we can transfer it manually. Thank you.

    Thank you...how can I transfer what I already have into an upgraded account.  For some reason I cannot get the "forgot your password" instructions to send an email to my account and apparently I used a different password than what is typical

    If I understand you correctly, you're saying that you already signed up for a Free account? If yes, then what is the email address you've used. I checked our database and your email is still associated to 2 guest accounts. The forgot password will not work if you only have a guest account.

    We can manually transfer the forms from your guest account to your free account.

    Yes you are understanding correctly. I have signed up for a free account

    I believe the forms are already in your registered account with username xwear. You can logged in on it and you'll see the forms under your "My Forms" list.

    If you are having problems on this, please let us know.

    I actually have a job application that I made through you guys...but I
    can't see it on this list of My Forms. I now see that it's under another
    account (apparently I actually signed up for one) Is there anyway to merge
    them? debberesford@x-wear.com is the other account
