Why am I getting an error

    When I forward a time sheet to someone else to check

    an error comes up saying     oooop! reached your limit

    What does that mean

    According to your above explanation it sounds like you've been trying to forward your emails from within your account when viewing submissions with the forward|reply to submissions button.

    And if that is the case then this is also the reason because I see you are currently on our free plan and our system limits the usage of submission forwarding that way to only a few per hour. 

    Free plans only allow 2-3 an hour and this limit increases to allow more to be forwarded in relation to the user plan level we offer if you upgrade.

    This was implemented to prevent abuse mainly due to previous issues with spammers.
