On the form I have created, it shows two boxes for phone number.

When I preview the form or go to change it there is only one phone number box. How can I correct this?

    Thank you.

Phone Number field, by default, has an area code field together with the phone number field, that is why you're seeing two textboxes for the phone number field. However, that can be changed by enabling the "Input Mask" option of the field.

    Here's how:

You can, also, set a Mask Value for your phone number field. It serves as a hint on how many required digits is to be entered.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.
