It is possible to pass data via URL, you will need to get the names of the fields that you want to pass and then add them to the link to your second form, you may do this to transfer info from a form to other one, here is a guide that will help you with that: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters.
