I checked your form and noticed that there is the static text:
I think that this is most related as how the widget is displayed in the email notification, as per your screenshot, if so, I do not think that could be possible to hide the empty fields, something that I think that you are referring to.
But please provide us more details and if you took as reference another thread, provide us with that it would be helpful to understand what you're trying to achieve.

Thank you for your reply and congrats with your powerfull tools an good service.
Sorry I was not clear enough.
I am not concerned about the empty fields thats fine.
I need the static text on the left when the user fills inn the form.
User needs it for decisions on what to request.
Then in the email notification:
The static text for each row is now the same as the text for the first row in the "input form"
This makes it difficult for the receiver to know what items to pick from the store
based on the email notification.
I am very new to jotform and my form is based on several threads on the forum. See image enclosed. I was happy when I managed to insert proper CUSTOM CSS.
But then I was disappointed on the first real run when missing the proper static text.
In addition when you mentioned the empty fields (rows).
Not having this empty rows on the email notifiction would of course be nice and a kind of bonus for this forme I try to implement.

Unfortunately, the CSS will only replace the texts in the form view, not in the email and submissions page. It seems that you only want a fixed number of rows in the configurable list widget, you're not using the dynamic field feature of the widget so how about using a Matrix field for this? Can you give it a try?
