differences in form on IE/firefox mobile and desktop

had a question about differences in form on IE/firefox mobile and desktop:

In mobile name fields show on the same line and same with organization but NOT phone and email - why?

I put an IFRAME in the wordpress.

I cloned your form and tested it in different web browsers, in all of them the form displays properly as  well as the fields that you are referring to, so please apply the given code on that thread and let us know if it worked as you need.
