    Is there a way to change the radio button feature so that a person could choose all that apply?

    I would like to have a list of different items that the client could choose from ie.

    Amenities:  pool, Jacuzzi, parking, wifi, breakfast

    Right now it is set so that they can only choose one. Should i be using something other than the radio button feature to accomplish this?

    I've checked your JotForm and see that you are already using Checkbox widget on your form. This fulfills your requirement on the form. You may use the Checkbox field instead of radio button to be able to select multiple options.

    You may also style the check boxes (or radio buttons too) from the Form Designer.
