I had a form and now it's gone

    We have the jot form on our website and it seems to be working but when I came back here to do some changes it has disappeared. What happened? What can I do to get it back?

    The contact us page requires me to login. Can you copy/paste the form codes here? We can trace the form and move it to your registered account.

    The form in question is associated with another JotForm account "kar02347" registered using a different email address. If you are the owner of this account, you may login to this account to manage this form. If you do not remember the password of the account, you may request for a password reset from the login screen so that the password reset instructions shall be sent to the account registered email address.

    Thank you. I am the owner of that account and will login to work on it. I developed this for the other account. Is there anyway to transfer the one on my personal account (kar02347) to the corporate site (Dunavist) or do I just have to make a new one on that account.

    We can transfer the forms if that's what you mean. But you have to make the request using the kar02347 account.  You are posting your reply using a guest account, I can't verify your IP Address so we can move the form directly.
