When someone submits my JotForm pop-up form, my other JotForm gets messed-up.
See screenshot here (green arrow points to form issue).
I have also provided the URL so you can see what I'm referring to (after you submit pop-up form).
How do I change code to allow the two forms to play well together?

Please try embedding the other form(not the popup one) with the Iframe code instead: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the Iframe part in your webpage, example:
