Received Thursday 4/27/16 from someone trying to submit their form:
I just filled out the questionnaire completely and tried to submit it but after all that, a screen comes up saying this website is currently unavailable. Then I tried to save what I had done but I lost everything. Please let me know when the website becomes active and I will go through and fill it out again. I do not have time to keep trying and failing because the site isn’t active.
3 forms were successfully submitted previously. Today I tried to take it and also received the "not available" message. It's public - so why this message?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
The error message which you see is generally displayed when the submission limits of form is reached. With which form you are having this issue with? I did check few of your last edited forms and did not find any issue with that. I was able to send test submission in your last edited form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
It seems you have solved the problem already. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
