Form submit is stuck to please wait

I'm creating a form so people can send me the song to be mixed. I was wondering if the was a status bar so when people hit submit they can see how long they have to wait till it processes the order. the only thing I see is please wait.

I test submitted your form https://www.jotform.com/61214236862149 that include uploading fof file.

It went through as intended and I was redirected to the Paypal screen.

I think the problem on the form is the setting of the upload field. The upload size must have exceeded the allowed upload limit the reason the form was not being submitted successfully.

Take note that the in our form, the max upload size per session is up to 1GB. If the form exceeds the limit, the submission will not get through.

I see that you have 2 upload field on your form, and were set to accept at max 1GB per upload. So you need to correct this.
