    my business depends on it, at least the flow!

    This happened a couple weeks ago and it's happening again, please help!

    Hello;

    please try to change the sender email to noreply@jotform.com 

    To do that please follow the guide below:

    1. While on your form, Click Setup & Embed then Email Alerts

    2. Open each Notifications, then click on Reply-To and Recipient Settings

    3. Change the Sender Email value to noreply@jotform.com

    Adding the following IP Address to your mail provider's settings may also help:

    174.34.57.214
    174.34.57.216

    174.34.57.218

    174.34.57.219

    208.117.50.251

    Lets know if this sorted out the issue.

    I am just going to route this ticket to a developer to make sure your email address isnt on a bounce list. 

    You should hear something back over the next several hours.

    Hi,

    I see that your emails are marked as sent, could you please check your spam box ? 

    You can also set filters in GMail to not mark our emails as Spam or to not reject them,
