    Cloning form : Error 413 Request Entity Too Large cloudflare-nginx

    Hi,

    I've been trying to duplicate (with conditions) 5.0-7.2 of my form for each guest. About 3 guests were duplicated successfully. Since then, Jotform keeps crashing when I try to duplicate. I have rebooted the computer, as well as cleared cookies/cache. I have also tried on Safari. 

    On Safari,the duplicate worked once, then it gave this error: There was an error on the page. Try reloading the page. 413 Request Entity Too Large cloudflare-nginx

     

    What is the problem? I have duplicated a much bigger form last year.

    I was able to immediately encounter the problem as well when I tried loading your form https://www.jotform.com/61217730412445 on my browser.

     

     

    I cleared  your foms cache and tried again. It loaded properly the next time.

     

    Can you please retry again cloning your form https://form.jotform.me/61217730412445 .

    Let us know if issue remains.

    Hi Jonathan,

    I have tried clearing the form cache, but the form continues to crash. 

    Any other ideas?

    I checked your form and I also encountered the same error.

    Were you able to clone the form previously? Perhaps you can try using the Revision History feature to revert the form to a previous version before you encountered the error. To do so, simply follow this guide: How to View Form Revision History

    Hi Chriistian,

    I was able to clone the form, however, I cannot pin point when it began failing. 

    I have since added and amended other aspects of the form. Is that any other method that can solve the duplication issue without having to delete all other changes?

    Other methods would be clearing the form cache together with the browser cache to see if that helps. Unfortunately other than that, the other option would be to use the revision history to try and identify at which point the form started failing. If the issue still persists after that, then we may need to forward this issue to our developers.

    Hi uygar,

    Thank you for have a look at the issue. 

    I managed to duplicate the fields I needed with conditions. However, when I try to save it, the site will crash.

    Is this an issue when you were testing?

    Hi Clara, this is Christian. It appears that I was now able to clone the form in question. If you are still having issues with the form, can you please try clearing the browser cache and the form cache again before saving the form?

    Please let us know if the issue still persists.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Cloning the form was never an issue, I could do this successfully. It was duplication the fields WITH conditions in the form that was causing the problem. This is done through "Manage Multiple Fields".

    I have cleared my browser and form caches again, however, I am still unable to save. The second time I tried this, I was unable to just delete fields without jotform crashing. Could you please look into this again?
