How to get my website name in the autoresponder mail send by jotform , when someone submits the jotform?Asked by Divya on May 02, 2016 at 02:04 AM
I have applied a jot form on my website. And when form gets submitted, an autoresponder mail is generated by the jot from to the email address by which the form get submitted. And this email comes by the name Guest user. But i want that this email should come by my website name instead of Guest user.
Please provide me solution for this.
If I understand correctly, you want to change the sender name of the autoresponder to the name of your website? To do so, simply go to Recipients and change the Sender Name to your website's name.
