I have built three forms, and when I try and save any changes I click the SAVE button but it doesn't do anything. I have tried different browsers, cleared cache, nothing is working.
In fact none of the buttons are working.

I cannot seem to replicate the issue that you are having. I cloned your form and edited it. It appears that I was able to save the form successfully.
Can you please try using another device to see if you will be able to save the form there? You can also try restarting the original device where you encountered the issue.
If the issue still persists, please let us know.
