If I understand your question correctly, you're mentioning about your error message. When I've tested your form I am not able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having.
You can also recover changes that you've made by viewing your form revision History.
If this doesn't answer your question, please explain further and/or add more details about it so we can assist you properly.

Thanks for your reply. It was the form revision history I meant. Which has done exactly what I needed which it great. Sorry for not spotting it before contacting you.
