The form was added according instructions for wordpress http://www.chillngrill.lt/anketa/, it loads well, etc, but once you've fill and try to sent it "siųsti" button, it keeps "please wait" for ever. What could be the reason?

We've tried different wordpress pages, but the form doesn't work.

It works well if you fill via direct link https://form.jotformeu.com/60635052685356

Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems that WordPress made some modification and is not allowing script to run properly.

Can you please verify that you have given all the proper permission required:

    http://www.html5rocks.com/en/tutorials/security/sandboxed-iframes/

Can you please add the following permissions:

    allow-forms

    allow-same-origin

By default it should only have the following permission allow-scripts.

To avoid other problems you may try using the iFrame embed code instead.

Please let us know if this helps.
