Hide empty fields on E-Mail

    Hi guys.....i got this problem....can't hide empty fields on e-mail.....i try every solution(cache browser...etc) but the problem is not solved......ehat can i do?

    To option can currently only be enabled from the old UI.  While editing your form, reload the page from this URL to load the old UI:

    http://jotform.com/?old

    Click on the preferences tab, then "Advanced Settings".  From there, change "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" to "Enabled".

    We are updating our UI's and this feature has not yet been added to the new preferences menu.  It should be added quite soon.  Until then, the only place to access it is from the old UI.
