How do I move a forms database to duplicate form on another account?

We are setting up another account for a client. They have a form with a lot of submissions on our account and we want to move it over to their new account. Hopefully without losing their data. Is this possible and if so how?

    Thanks

If you want to move your forms and its submission data to another JotForm account, that is possible, you just need to request it here in the forum. Here's a sample request:

"I would like to move the forms [title or form link] to the account username [target account]".

Please note that the said form/s and its submission data will be remove in your account and be transferred to the target account. If your form is also using custom URL, then that custom URL will no longer work after moving the form. But the default form link (the one with the form ID) will still be accessible. Here's a guide about the custom URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form

    Here's an example:

This is my default/direct form link: https://www.jotform.com/61102494022947

I have set a custom URL on it, its custom URL is https://www.jotform.com/Charlie/TestCustomURL1.

Notice that my custom URL has my username "Charlie", now if the form is moved to a different account, the custom URL will not work anymore because it bares the old username. The new user needs to recreate the custom URL.

If you are not using the custom URL feature, then there's nothing you need to do.

I hope that helps. Let us know how you would like to proceed, you can just reply on this thread.
