    my notification email isn't working

    I've created and recreated the notification email for one of my forms, and it just isn't being sent.  My confirmation email works perfectly, and I'm setting up this notification email exactly like I did for other forms whose notification emails are working well.  I don't know what else to do to make it work.  Can you help?

    To assist you better could you please indicate the form in question. When trying to open the link, I'm redirected to a log in page.

    I did however open and reviewed the last to form you modified:

    Granule Formula Order Form 

    Raw Formula Order Form 

    I reviewed both email notifications and they both seems fine. I have verified our bounce list and both emails form the notifications are not located in our list.

    Please verify if the notifications are not in your junk or spam folder.

    Thank you, Victor.  I whitelisted the jotform domain names in my email spam filter, and it seems that did the trick. This issue is resolved.
