    How secure is JotForm?

Asked by Chunyan   on May 02, 2016 at 12:53 PM

    Dear  Jotform support

We have been using jotForm for a while.  Our user id  is  zcyhlj . However, recently  it pops up an issue regarding to the confidentiality and security of using the forms since we were requiring a lot  names and email ids to fill out the forms.

Could you explain to me how the system protects the personal confidential information ?

    Thanks ,

    Best Regards,

    Chunyan

Let me tell you that JotForm loads using a secure URL(HTTPS) where you are able to create your forms, view your submissions, generate reports and all this using our secure URL. Also, our forms and submissions are transmitted securely with a 256 bit high-grade encryption.

We have a powerful cloud of servers in SSAE16 Audited facilities which provides security protection against attacks like SQL injection and denial of service (DOS) attacks.

JotForm is also Safe Harbor certified, read our Privacy Policy here for more details.

Also, we have a feature that allows you to encrypt your submissions, it means that you generate or provide a key and your submissions can be seen only providing this key, read more  about this on the link below:
