I have created my Client Intake form, however, I'm not sure how to get it on my webpage.  I have copied and pasted several times, but only the link appears.  I see in other comments about a CMS, but I don't know which one mines is or how to find out.  Can you please assist in getting my form up and running?

When opening you r site, I did notice that you are trying to use the source code to embed your form. When you export the source code from Jotform, you will get it a ZIP file. You can't just copy and paste it in your site, you first require to unzip the files and copy all the files into your server. Once you have copied the files you can copy the form HTML into your site.

We do not recommend using the source code as it can be a bit complicated for non tech users. It can also have some conflicts between the form and your sites.

Try embedding your form using iFrame. The only thing you are require to do is copy and paste the script provided into your site.
