Sub-User Account: Submissions are not showing on sub-user account even when the account has permission to view submissions.

    I have set up a sub-user account and shared a form which has 3 submissions so far, however, the sub-user cannot view the forms on the Shared Forms page; all they get is 3 almost blank pages with the date of each submission and the submission number. At the bottom of the page, the 3 forms are listed and he can make a pdf of them, but no other details have come up, such as name, address, photo etc. How can I make the complete form visible to the sub-user?

    I have checked your account and noticed that you are a sub-user account, I was unable to see the submissions data when checked your account, although you have permission to edit and view the submissions in your form. 

    I will report this issue to our second level so one of our developers will take a look to the issue and will updates us here as soon as he got news about what may be causing this.

    Hi, thanks for doing that. There are two more sub-users, but I'm not sure if they are on the EU datacenter or not. How do I find out? And how can they be moved to the US datacenter? Sorry, I am actually the main account user (info@australianmusicfoundation.org), but I sent my query in on my sub-user's page by mistake. I'm not sure if my other 2 sub-users have set up their Jotform accounts yet, but is there any way to make sure they get put on the US version to avoid this problem in future?

    It's under My Account - Settings page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings. The Europe DataCenter should be unchecked:
