During a recent beta test, I had a client unable to access Visual Report graphics in IE11. Found a thread in the forum about this. Now I know to advise clients to avoid IE11.
Is there a list of compatible browsers for use with Jotform?
Being able to tell clients what browsers work best is a better approach than telling them to try another browser.
All help appreciated.

We do not have a list of compatible browsers, but our service should work properly in any up to date browser. We generally recommend Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer 11+, and Safari (on Mac).
I have checked a sample Visual Report and it worked fine in my Internet Explorer 11.
We can try to troubleshoot it further, but we will need at least a link to the affected report.
