Hi, my form was coming up in search results on Google. How do I prevent this from happening?

    i have temporarily disabled all forms until I can get an answer.

    i want to control access to my forms personally and send the form to individuals

    To solve that issue, you can add the noindex and nofollow mate tags on your website. You need to add the code below to your <head> tag of your website page.

    <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow">

    That will force the search engines to stop indexing that page and as such the form should not be showing up in the search engines either. Please check the guide below for more information:

    Hi
    The form is not on my website.
    It is only on Jotform.
    When I want to send it to an individual I email the link directly from Jotform..com
