Form has been disabled

Hello

I wanted to update my two Ordering forms but i've learnt that they has been disabled.
Probably it has been disabled by your phishing detector system. Could you please my put it on your whitelist again?

There's two forms that have been disabled that i'm working with:

It seems the form has been disabled again.

Can you whitelist me again?
Also I checked my form for the payment tools (you mentioned this earlier to be the problem) but we are not collecting any payments.
I'd like to find out which fields caused the problem but they all seem fine to me.

What would you suggest to avoid future blacklisting?

Hello Lea,

Your account was autosuspended by our anti-Phishing tool because of using keyword Product, Buy or Order words in your form. Your form that may be suspected for phishing will automatically be suspended, example of the keywords are "buy", "order", "product", form fields asking for credit card and bank details, and other sensitive information. To solve that issue, you can avoid using similar label names to avoid being autosuspended.

We would appreciate it if you could also describe your form to us.

I see. The forms affected are the one I posted above.

The forms are ordering forms for wine in german. We do have these keywords (buy, order, product,...) in our forms, we also ask for delivery and billing adresses, but no bank or credit card details.

I think we cannot change the keywords because they explain the purpose of the forms. Also we need the adress details to contact the person.

Is there no other way to solve the problem?

I checked your account and reviewed the form, they don't seem to collect sensitive information. I have reactivated your account. But just to make sure, please do check our terms page, specifically the section "Phishing" and "Collecting Sensitive Information". You'll see that what are not allowed in creating JotForm forms.
