    Hi,

    I have applied jotform in my site. And i put that jotform code in HTMLHead.html template. But it get conflict with my home page slider. I tried keeping my code in header.html as well as footer.html, but it does not solve my problem. The jotform is applied as a lightbox. It gets open when you click on "REQUEST A QUOTE FOR THIS ITEM". The link is given below.

    Please provide me a solution for this.

    It sounds like there was a scripting conflict between the JQuery scripts of your website, and the JQuery lightbox scripts of the embedded form.

    It seems that you have worked around the issue, and your website is currently using the source code version of your form, added inside an element with ID of #light:

    I see that prior to using the source code version of your form, you were using the following lightbox embed code:

    <script src="https://form.jotform.me/static/feedback2.js?3.3.REV" type="text/javascript">
          var JFL_61102417389453 = new JotformFeedback({
            formId: '61102417389453',
            base: 'https://form.jotform.me/',
            windowTitle: 'Message Contact Form',
            background: '#e26324',
            fontColor: '#FFFFFF',
            type: 'false',
            height: 552,
            width: 700,
            openOnLoad: false
          });
        </script>

    Can you please try using the feedback.js without the number 2 in it, so that your code would become:

    <script src="https://form.jotform.me/static/feedback.js?3.3.REV" type="text/javascript">
          var JFL_61102417389453 = new JotformFeedback({
            formId: '61102417389453',
            base: 'https://form.jotform.me/',
            windowTitle: 'Message Contact Form',
            background: '#e26324',
            fontColor: '#FFFFFF',
            type: 'false',
            height: 552,
            width: 700,
            openOnLoad: false
          });
        </script>

    The feedback2.js script version loads the lightbox by JQuery scripts, and feedback.js (without number 2) loads it with prototypeJS scripts. Please let us know if this resolves the conflict problem you were experiencing.
