I can't find my form on my account

Hi

I love your form tool, it's awesome!

However i lost my form which i took 3 hours to create.

The form is on my facebook but not in my JotForm account

I was just about to add the thankyou at the end of submission then the browser suddenly shut down.

Went i came back to the JotForm site, i noticed the form was lost.

Any way to retrieve it or receive FB submissions now that it is not in my profile.
