How to set it up so a form is emailed daily to clients?Asked by deanhill on March 09, 2012 at 04:06 AM
I have a client who is a personal trainer and he's built a form on JotForm that he wants to email daily to his many clients. Personal training assessment form surveys their sleep patterns, food intake, water intake, exercise regimin and a lot of other stuff.
He plans to import the data into a spreadsheet.
The question is, how can he set things up to email the form his clients (several hundred)each day? Or does he have to email the link to the form?
And can this be done through JotForm or is this more an email client question?
Thanks, in advance for any help you can provide...
You are right that this can only be done on the E-mail client.
JotForm Forms does not have capability to sent auto E-mails specially on hundreds per day.
If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us.
Jotform does not have a mass automatic sending of emails feature and therefore the personal trainer will have to send the mails manually, we though have feature where the form can be send to many receipts as shown in this link; http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Form-Emails-to-Multiple-Recipients
Importing data to an excel sheet is possible, kindly follow this link; http://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel and http://www.jotform.com/help/101-Generate-Excel-Report
Jotform's autoresponder work only after each successful form submission
