Is there a way to send an email confirmation upon completion of a form?

I run a camp and many parents will email us asking to receive an email confirmation for their registration. Upon completion of the form, they get redirected to another page that confirms it but most are still awaiting an email to confirm and I was wondering if that option if possible.
