I made a form with Paypal paiement but my thank you page is not working.

I have checked your form and noticed that you are using a custom thank you page and this is the link to it http://www.centreplc.com/#!saison-2016/cmc9.
So your users should be redirected to that link once the form is submitted and the payment in PayPal is completed as well.
Te URL you provided seems to be the default thank you message where your users are being redirected to if you do not set a custom thank you page; however, the link seems to be corrupt and as you are loading the link directly this may be causing this to be displayed like that.
I have cloned your form and removed the PayPal integration so you do not need to pay and will be redirected to the thank you page once the form is submitted, I did not change anything else and noticed that the redirection is working just fine, take a look to my cloned form on this link: https://form.jotform.com/61234790796970.
