Our form Transfer of Tuition - Request & Response emails are not being received by the email accounts listed. I attached a screenshot of the Response email but the Request email isn't working either. They are not sending to firstname.lastname@example.org nor email@example.com but instead coming to the account email, firstname.lastname@example.org. Could you guys take a look? Even when I do a test email it ends up at email@example.com.

I have checked your form and noticed that you indeed have only those email addresses as email recipients, I also have submitted your form and noticed that the email was sent to the specified email addresses, here is a screenshot of the email that was sent to those email addresses:
This can be found on the email history for the email address and the form as well, to check the email history follow the steps on this guide:
I have also checked the email history for the email address related to your account admin@e***************y.com and found that there was not an email sent when I made the test.
Please check again and make more tests it should be working fine and sending the emails to the desired email addresses.
