Were you experiencing downtime at all in the last 24 hours?

I sent out an email to our database with a link to a registration form and several users reported getting errors upon hitting the submit button, and no successful entries were put through until I tried it this morning without issue.

I am hoping that downtime is the case and that I can email our users and let them know the issue has been resolved instead of further troubleshooting the form. I can't identify any problems with the form at this time.

As I check our server status, we didn't see any downtime or service disruption in the last 24 hours. If there is any issue, the forms will not be loading at all. At this moment, I've also tried submitting your JotForm and see that the submission went fine.

Was there any error message displayed after submitting the form? Is the form embedded on any of your webpages while you observe this issue?

Please provide us with more information so that we can investigate the issue further. Thank you!

They were receiving this message "This form is currently unavailable!" but there were no modifications made between the unsuccessful attempts and my successful attempt. The link can be found on this page: http://www.hachealthclub.com/#!yes-program-registration/c1yps and that is the only access point to the form for our members.

I checked and the account is active. I could access the forms and successfully submit the form:

I also inspected the form and there are no limits active on the form:

It seems to have been a temporary glitch, which we cannot reproduce.

Please get back to us if the problem persists.
