It seems that you have setup an SMTP email address to send the notifications on your JotForm. It looks like there is an issue with the settings of the email address in which the emails are failing to deliver. Could you verify the SMTP settings including server address, user id, password of the sender email address from your account settings?
Also, please try using JotForm default email address to see if that works for you.
Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.

It seems that you have now removed SMTP email address from your account and using noreply@jotform.com as the sender email address.
Or you may use simple verification method as provided in the guide below:
https://www.jotform.com/help/238-How-to-Add-a-Custom-Sender-Address-to-an-Email-Alert
We request you to go through the guide and follow the instructions to change the sender email address to your email address.
Hope this information helps!

It looks like my previous response was distorted and hence posting it again.

Generally, SMTP email address is configured to use your own email address instead of using JotForm default email address. Please refer to the guide below that can help you in setting up SMTP email address.
