DO YOU HAVE A FORM THAT CUSTOMERS HAVE TO SIGN UP TO LOGIN?

We do not offer the ability to create log in forms.  It is actually against our terms of use to request usernames and/or passwords through forms.  Since the data cannot be queried to verify the log in, data is only collected.  This is the most used data by phishers and for this reason, we simply do not allow it.
