When I put in my user name and password, and click Sign In, nothing happens -- it's as if the Sign IN button hyperlink is disabled. So I tried "forgot password" thinking that I could reset my PW and get in that way. Again, the button is a dead link.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have tested Jotform's Login page and "Sign-In" button seems to be working fine on my end. I, also, tried pressing the "Enter" key on my keyboard after entering my username and password and I was able to login to my account.
May we know what browser are you using, please? If it is the same browser as you are using before and you are able to log in, please try to clear your browser's data and see if that will help. Thank you.
