PDF export shows all fields, regardless if they're checked/unchecked

    Hello,

I'm trying to download PDF version of my submissions, but I need to exclude some fields to protect anonymity.  When downloading the PDF, it includes all fields, regardless of whether they are checked or unchecked in the "settings" drop down on that page.  This worked for me in the past, and it looks like it should work according to another support article (see http://www.jotform.com/answers/308512-Export-PDF-but-without-all-information).

The form I am trying to download from has to download in several parts, since it has 160 submissions.  I've tried multiple browsers.  Any ideas are appreciated.

    Thanks!

The settings options you are checking and unchecking is more intended as a filter and not the pdf that is downloaded.

To fix this problem simply click on the "pdf" option at the top of your submissions viewer and then choose "customize" and you can then modify the exported pdf output including resetting it to default.

Just remove stuff you don't want to be seen and then save it then export it for all of the submissions that you need to show only that pertinent information.

Please see this series of screenshots in the image below to show you how to do this:

    Thanks!  This worked out well.

For future use, is there any way to modify the size of form-submitted images shown in the PDF using this method?  I anticipate users needing larger images than the small thumbnail that is included by default in this case.
