I have checked your forms and found two of them that are using the same subject in the email notification, here are the links:
You need to change the subject of the email that is sent in one of your forms, otherwise you will receive emails with the same subject even when the submitted data is not the same:
If you have cloned the forms may be that the fields in the email notification are the same in both emails, I would suggest you to delete the existing notification and add a new one in order to get the correct fields from the form.
