Why does my email information keep disappearing and does this mean I won't recieve submitted forms?

    Do you mean your form's email notification keeps disappearing? I cloned your form and made some tests, and I cannot seem to replicate the issue with the email disappearing. I made some submissions and I was able to receive the email in my inbox.

    I did check your form and I noticed that the email recipient is empty. If you have added a recipient and it keeps disappearing from the notification, perhaps you can try deleting the old notification and setting up a new email notification.

    Then you can insert your email address in the recipient of the new email notification. Once you have added a recipient, you should now receive emails when a user submits the form.
